Hello to all of you , it is high time to update my blog again !

But first How is the weather in your part of the world ? Here in Belgium jt has been very cold for the last months and now temperature has increased , the whole of my garden is exploding with flowers all at one time . Here is a picture of my garden taken yesterday :
This is just one part of my garden , behind that  ( fake ) water well is another part .

Here are some of the cards I have been making over the last four weeks :

This is a 3d file from a special 3D magazine I've had for some time  ,explaining how to make the bench , but I finally came around making it .I thought it looked nicer with a special border. So I used my rose corner punch and a small butterfly punch , some prima roses and glitter sticker borderlines . I also made a small plaid and cushion for the bench . Cosy , isn't it ? My social aid was so smitten by it , I gave it to her to give as a present for her grandchild .

This next card  I made for ...".just for you " . Always comes in handy to have lying ready .
The card was bought with the background , I only needed to remove the parts from the oval . I coloured the tiny dots around the oval with a gel pen and added pearls and a 3D file cut by hand ( as  I always do ),added a few buttons and ribbon and stamped the sentiment.

The same for this one . The green paper flower , glimmered ,  is removable so the tag can open up .

This next card is also made with the rose corner punch , pearls , and a  very, very old button .

Next a simple print I copied three times to make in 3D .

This 3D file was also in a magazine , it took me some time to cut the small and fragile parts 3 times .
I added some leaves out of my stash , a ribbon and a piece of lace .

Next a thank you card , with a cut and embossed  flourish . A stamped butterfly  and rhinestone and some glitter on the flowers , but not visible on the photo .

This was also intricate cutting , with all the small 1 cm peaces for 3 layers . I adhered my image on the inside of an aperture card . I embellished the aperture with a border of a doilie and rhinestones.

This is how it looks opened .

Here I made a white round frame with a rose punch  and adhered to the back of the front card which was cut off to about half the card .Then I adhered my topper with 3D cutting .

This cute mouse asked my attention for a similar card

 .

Then from my Sara Kay collection an aperture card combined with some stamping  .

I like making belt cards , so that was next on my list. A punched border with contrasting backing paper , small tag , pleated ribbon where the belt goes in the card . Twine around the flowerpot .

And a  card with a small pocket to hold a tag , I used a doilie and  buttons and of course my 3D cut image .

This is one of my favourite card suitable for congratulations .

Then I wanted to make another Sara Kay 3D card ., and that's it for now .

Wishing all of you much crafting fun , till soon I hope . I had another injection today , besides my morphine , to try to temper my nerve pains a little . They control my life completely, knocked me down , made me totally dependent on social help . It is almost  four years now that I  don't know anymore what it's like to have no pain .But life goes on and making  cards is the main thing I do to make my days a little easier to cope with .
Till later

Hugs , Rosa
